Attraction in Pobierowo

The biggest attractions of one of the most famous and the most beautiful towns on the Polish coast – and by that we of course mean Pobierowo – undoubtedly include a beautiful and clean beach that is guarded during the season. The place is surrounded by a fragrant spruce forest, which makes the place even more attractive.

Every year, tourists from all over Poland come to Pobierowo to swim in the sea and to spend some time on the beach. It’s a perfect place for those who want to leisure by the sea, but don’t like the hustle and bustle of the largest seaside resorts.

Pobierowo has the most developed and diverse accommodation and catering base in the Rewal commune.

There is a special event organized annually on the beach in Pobierowo: “Akademia Słońca – Strefa Aktywnego Wypoczynku” (“Sun Academy – Active Recreational Zone”), which was awarded a certificate of the Polish Tourist Organization for the Best Tourist Product of 2005.

THE BALTIC CROSS OF HOPE
– unveiled in 2007. The structure is 19 meters high, so it is one and a half meters higher than the original version found in Tatra mountains. The cross is also almost 2 tons heavier (as it weighs 4.5 tons).

MAGICAL HOUSE – for those who want to break away from everyday life or dream of going to a magical place. An unforgettable adventure in a house that is all upside down.

OCEANARIUM IN POBIEROWO – a great attraction, especially for young children. There are huge aquariums with sea fish and mammals from around the world… By entering the Oceanarium you are setting off on a fascinating voyage deep into the seas.

ROPE PARK – is located on the main street (Grunwaldzka), on a forested plot on the shores of the Baltic Sea. The rope park is equipped with a number of obstacles of different levels of difficulty, designed for different age groups.

TRZĘSACZ – In Trzęsacz there are ruins of a Gothic church built in the middle of the village at the turn of the fourteenth  century at a distance of almost 2 km from the sea. At first in was a Catholic church, but after the Reformation it became an Evangelical one until the very end of its days. The meridian of 15°00′ longitude passes east of Trzęsacz, designating Central European Time.
